These Betting Rules explain the general conditions that apply when you place a bet or participate in a betting product through Stay Casino. They are intended to help you understand how bets are accepted, recorded, settled and, where necessary, cancelled or declared void. Product-specific rules, promotional terms and any information displayed on the relevant betting screen may also apply.

Stay Casino operates under licences issued by the Autonomous Organisation of Online Gaming in Comoros (reference ALSI-202509073-FI2) and by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

1. General rules and eligibility

By opening, accessing or using a betting account with Stay Casino, you agree to follow these Betting Rules, the applicable Terms and Conditions, and any other rules shown for a particular product or market. If there is a difference between these general rules and a specific market rule, the specific rule will generally apply to that market. You should read the information displayed before confirming a bet.

Betting is only available to people who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in their location. You are responsible for checking that online betting is lawful for you and for complying with all applicable Australian laws and regulations. 2. Placing and accepting bets

Before submission, check the event, selection, market, odds, stake, potential return and any other information shown. It is your responsibility to confirm that the details are correct before placing the bet.

A bet is not accepted merely because you have selected a market or added it to a bet slip. It is accepted only when the service confirms acceptance and records the bet in your account. A confirmation message, bet reference or equivalent record may be provided. If no confirmation is received, check your account or bet history before trying again, as a second submission may create an additional bet.

You must have sufficient cleared funds or available betting balance for the selected stake.

A bet may not be changed after acceptance unless a particular feature expressly permits a change, cash-out or other action.
You should keep the bet reference and review the bet history for an accurate record of accepted bets.
Repeated submissions caused by a slow connection, browser error or technical issue may result in more than one accepted bet.

If a technical, pricing or display error affects a market, Stay Casino may review the affected bets and apply the relevant rules. An obvious error can include an incorrectly displayed price, handicap, line, settlement option or event detail. Bets must be placed for your own account and not on behalf of another person. You must not use automated systems, bots, scripts, software or other methods that interfere with the normal operation of the betting service, gain an unfair advantage, or place bets without a genuine user instruction.

3. Odds, markets and bet types

Markets may be offered on sports, racing, esports, entertainment or other events, as well as on selected gaming products where applicable. The availability of a market can change and may depend on the event, location, timing, product and account status. Not every market is available at all times.

The market name, selection name, odds format, start time, line, handicap, total, place terms and other information shown on the betting page form part of the description of the bet. You should not rely on a general event title alone. Read the full market wording, including any headings, drop-down information, icons, notes and specific settlement terms.

Single bets

A single bet is placed on one selection or outcome. If the selection is determined to be a winner under the relevant market rules, the bet is settled at the accepted odds. If the selection loses, the stake is normally lost. If the market is void, the stake is generally returned unless a specific rule states otherwise.

Multiple and combination bets

A multiple or combination bet joins two or more selections. The possible return depends on the accepted odds and the rules for the selected combination. A winning multiple may be affected if one or more selections are void, postponed, abandoned or otherwise unable to be settled. The specific market or bet-type rules will determine whether the remaining selections continue, whether the bet is recalculated, or whether the bet is void.

Live and in-play betting

Live or in-play markets are offered while an event is underway. Information shown on the service may be delayed and may not reflect the latest event position. A market can be suspended while important activity takes place, and bets submitted during a suspension may not be accepted. If an in-play bet is accepted in error after an event has materially changed, the applicable rules may allow the bet to be reviewed or voided.

Special markets and promotions

Some markets may have special conditions, including minimum participation requirements, place terms, dead-heat rules, settlement options or promotional restrictions. Promotional bets and enhanced prices are subject to the relevant promotional terms. If a promotion has a separate rule about qualifying bets, stake treatment, withdrawals or expiry, that rule applies in addition to these Betting Rules.

4. Event changes and settlement

Bets are settled using the official result or source identified in the relevant market rules. The result may be based on the official declaration at the end of an event, even if a later appeal, review, correction or disciplinary decision changes the result. Where no specific source is identified, settlement will be based on a reliable official result or other appropriate information available to Stay Casino.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, interrupted, rescheduled, relocated or changed in a material way, the result will depend on the specific rules for that market. Some bets may remain valid if the event is completed within the period stated in the market rules. Other bets may be declared void. A change to the competitors, format, venue, distance, number of participants or scheduled timing may affect settlement.

Where a market is declared void, the stake is generally returned to the balance used for the bet. In a multiple or combination bet, a void selection may be removed from the combination and the remaining selections may be settled under the applicable rules. This may change the potential return. A bet that has already been settled may be corrected if an error in the result or settlement is later identified.

Dead heats, ties, draws and shared finishing positions are settled according to the rules for the relevant market. This can result in a reduced return or a different settlement from the one expected by a player. Markets based on a named participant may be void if that participant does not take part, unless the market rules clearly state that the bet remains active.

If the official result is unavailable, unclear or disputed, settlement may be delayed until suitable information is available. Stay Casino may wait for an official confirmation rather than settle a market using an unofficial or preliminary report. You should review your bet history after settlement and raise any concern through the available account support or complaints process.

Settlement is based on the accepted bet details, not on an amended selection made after acceptance.
A market may be resettled if the original settlement was incorrect.
Returns are credited according to the accepted odds and applicable market terms.
Any applicable taxes, fees, restrictions or account conditions are handled under the Terms and Conditions.
Account records, transaction records and bet history should be checked regularly for accuracy.

5. Fair play, account safety and responsible betting

Stay Casino expects all players to use the service fairly and honestly. You must not manipulate markets, collude with other people, use stolen payment details, exploit a technical fault, create duplicate accounts to avoid a restriction, or engage in any conduct that may affect the integrity of betting. Suspected misuse may result in bets being reviewed and account access being restricted.

You should protect your account by using a strong password, keeping your device secure and signing out when using a shared device. Never share your password, verification codes or payment information. If you believe that another person has accessed your account, change your security details and use the available account support process as soon as possible.
